Welcome to DiviPulse, a mobile application that provides dividend-focused data and analytics for stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). By downloading, accessing, or using the DiviPulse application (“App”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the Application

DiviPulse provides financial information, dividend data, analytics, and related insights for informational purposes only.

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the App

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

The App owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Not Financial Advice

DiviPulse provides informational and analytical tools only.

The information presented in the App:

  • Is not investment advice

  • Is not a recommendation to buy or sell securities

  • Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions

All investment decisions are made solely at the user's own risk.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Accuracy of Information

DiviPulse aggregates financial and dividend information from third-party data sources.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information:

  • Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate

  • Dividend payments, dates, and yields may change

  • Historical or projected metrics may not reflect future performance

We make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of the data.

4. Subscription and Billing

DiviPulse offers a monthly subscription available through the Apple App Store.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

  • Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Apple’s subscription terms and billing policies apply.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple.

Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple in accordance with their policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the DiviPulse application, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Metrics

  • Calculations

  • Visualizations

  • Text and interface design

are the intellectual property of DiviPulse and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiviPulse shall not be liable for:

  • Investment losses

  • Financial decisions made based on the App’s information

  • Data inaccuracies or service interruptions

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
